Account Coordinator
Zipform is a specialist in direct marketing support services, who provide printing and mailing services from initial design right through to the finished product. Our services include graphic design, data management/processing, colour printing (offset & digital) using state of the art print, production, and distribution facilities. We pride ourselves on our industry knowledge and strong customer service provided to each client.
Due to the growth of our company, we are now requiring an Account Co-ordinator to join our young and dynamic sales team. This role would suit a recent graduate looking for a career in Direct Marketing. Our office is situated in Canning Vale, WA and has a great working environment. There is a strong team morale and a high level of interaction between staff from all departments.
This role is busy and varied and has the potential to create a longterm career path. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Coordinate with clients and ensure job specifications are prepared correctly and accurately for production.
- Manage all customer projects and ensure job is on schedule.
- Provide quotation/cost estimates and obtain client sign-off for all jobs.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, Account Managers and all departments.
- Up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Maintain client stock levels
- Review finished work and prepare job invoices
- Provide reporting on customer portfolio as required.
We require someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and who enjoys working in a very busy, fast paced environment. To be considered for this position you will also need to display the following:
- Experience dealing with clients in a busy environment and preferably some post education achievements for recent graduates.
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a pressured environment.
- Fluent in MS Word and Excel
- A relevant TAFE Diploma or University Degree in Business/Marketing or similar would be ideal but not essential.
- Enjoyment from working in a close-knit team, with a strong drive and ambition to succeed and develop at Zipform.

THE HOURS:
Monday to Friday 5-6 hours per day or
3-4 days per week, negotiable
Early start pref 7.30am and early finish
