iiNet is an internet and telephone service provider with over 750,000 business and residential customers. They're at the forefront
of technological innovation - and asked Zipform to help them turn their marketing strategy into physical reality. iiNet wanted to
acquire new customers, and set itself a series of ambitious goals and targets. Zipform worked closely with the iiNet marketing team
to work out the nuts and bolts of delivering an extensive, multi-channel direct marketing campaign.
The iiNet product offering is
very diverse - everything from basic dial-up services through to voice over IP and Naked DSL - and their residential and business
customers have very different needs. The DM materials had to reflect this.
Thanks to the flexibility of digital printing and the
latest cross-media solutions, Zipform was able to achieve iiNet's request of very high levels of personalisation and versioning
across the full range of DM channels for their entire range of products.
A number of different creative and production options were developed to test, learn and refine what worked best for each campaign.
Careful planning delivered the results iiNet was looking for - including the very successful launch of BoB ™ - their new 'broadband-
in-a-box' service.
