The traditional A4 statement with the mandatory DL flyer attached is now a thing of the past thanks to TransPromo tools.
By combining statement data with personalised and targeted messages in one document, response rates rise dramatically - as our
client, the Government Employees Superannuation Board (GESB) found out.
GESB wanted to turn their superannuation statements into marketing tools, and sought our advice. The Zipform team found a way of
inserting messages into statements on the fly, without the need for pre-printed stock.
But the idea didn't stop there. Each statement only contained messages relevant to that particular investor. We worked with GESB to
identify their different customer types, and then offered the suggestions and advice directly - and only - relevant to them.
We managed all the data processing, programming, printing and intelligent mailing.
The result was immediate. GESB saw an increase in total member contributions, a 200% increase in voluntary contributions - and
their customer research showed increased member satisfaction.
